CPR/First Aid/AED

AZ LTAP training is only available to persons actively employed by a Local Public Agency (i.e. cities, towns, counties) or an Arizona Council of Government/Metropolitan Planning Organization. The First Aid/CPR/AED course teaches participants critical skills needed to respond to and manage first aid emergencies until advanced emergency medical services (EMS) are available. Participants learn adult, child and infant CPR and AED, along with how to relieve foreign body airway obstructions. They also learn valuable first aid skills that deal with injuries and sudden illnesses, such as how to treat severe bleeding, shock, musculoskeletal injuries, burns, and a variety of medical emergencies. Successful completion of this course will earn participants a First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
