Reviews poisonous vs. non-poisonous weeds and the effectiveness of chemical spraying.  Also discusses weed costs on taxpayers and the dangers they cause.

EV02 Controlling Dust on Unpaved Roads
Costal        30 Minutes

Covers the problems that lost dust can create to dirt roads over time, such as rutting and potholes.   After numerous tests, calcium chloride is found to be more effective than other dust control agents and how it will minimize maintenance and maintenance costs.
