Contributing Member Agencies pay a nominal fee of $100 per transportation employee (excluding administrative-only staff) for the benefit of receiving LTAP services at no additional charge. There may be fees for certain certifications from outside organizations (such as a $10 fee for Red Cross CPR certification, or for specially requested training outside the program). Fees are either paid directly to the AZ LTAP program or if you are a member of a COG (Council of Government) that pays the LTAP fees, your agency is automatically a member.
